Look What You Made Me Do

Look What You Made Me Do by Ouroboros      Today, March 20, 2022, Sunday, one day before my mother's birthday. I have something great to give her tomorrow. Anyways, how is my audience doing? I hope everything is going well and no this blog is not about  Taylor Swift's  fan base paparazzi. Yes, my peoples, it's still a blog of #MentalIllnessMatters and more about my perception and advocacy disposition. Of course do not take this as the absolute knowledge of the world because I am but a speck of some of many intelligent people with more experience, higher IQ, etc., but needed to put that on this post    As I mentioned, this is not about  Taylor Swift , but it is about her song, "Look What You Made Me Do," because I started listening to this song on  Pandora  and watched her music video on  Youtube  (which I provided the link below). This is an interpretation of how music lyrics, beats, songs, music videos, underlined messages, and artists' current effigy of de

Brotherhood and Sisterhood

Brotherhood & Sisterhood by Ouroboros #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthfamily #WeStandTogether #LoveisEternal #Brotherhood&Sisterhood Back Story & Present Occurrence       I have been reading posts on  Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Snapchat, Twitter, and even Grindr,  that how we focus on the terrors in our lives. When I read your posts, it breaks my own heart because I can feel your pain, your struggle, the tears on your face, and seeing the same look on your face that you desperately are crying out for help while simultaneously losing all hope and faith in this challenge. You have no idea how much it affects me, how much it angers me, and how much it motivates me to try harder to help the ones I can. I am a simple man yet the complex individual that sometimes I am battling my caliber on my own since no one can compare or relate at times. That is why I am inspired to type this post in conjunction to acknowledge all of you surviving, struggling, fighting, searching,

Soul-Care Method to Self Discovery in Mental Health

Soul-Care Method Through Self Discovery in Mental Health by Ouroboros Back Story:      A good and wise man reminded me to not always focus on the painful past that I have been reflecting on my posts and he's right. Those who have read the posts of my dark past, most of you can relate in some way, shape, and form, am I right? Okay, so the way to treat Mental Health  (MH)  and Addiction  (AD)  medically and clinically is through: Medical and Clinical Interventions : Psychotropic Medication Management (dependent on your diagnosis) Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT for addiction) Individualized Therapy (CBT, DBT, Family, Couples Therapy as well) Psycho-therapeutic Methods Self-Help Meetings (AA, NA, etc) Inpatient or Outpatient Care Mentorship or Sponsorship Obvious and Given Necessity:          Basically we all know how third party interventions work and I call this a "Given Necessity" to MH and AD , but as we all know each human being on Earth, we have things that work fo

Seraphiel - The Angel of Silence

Image
Seraphiel - The Angel of Silence by Ouroboros Back Story Foretold:          In my blog post I talked about the psychotic alter-ego, where I take upon the name of Seraphiel, a Brilliant One of Love and Justice as depicted to take in the true demeanor of this being, I am a strong believer that Love is the most powerful endless source of energy that any being can tap into and with it can bring out the Justice in filling in the balance and beauty of life. The reason why I choose to name the Seraph name as the Angel of Silence rather than the Brilliant One of Love and Justice was that silence is also, a way to improve and to solidify inner strength.  Angelological History:      We are surrounded by sound waves, vibrations, and frequencies that it is hard to find the quietness in our reality. We mimic what we think are saviors, we retreat from those that we think are a threat, and we follow rather than lead at times. We must come together as one but for that to be, sometimes our messages in

Our Dark Love in Mental Illness Self Stigma

Our Dark Love in Mental Illness Self Stigma by Ouroboros Back Story of My Life     Let me ask this one question,  "Have you ever fallen in love with someone?"  The majority of you would say, hopefully,  "Yes."  And if you haven't fallen in love yet, well it is good to understand it to know what it takes to be in love. According to psychology, there are three departments in love that create nine distinct types and there is one Ace in the hole.      The type of love I am talking about is romantic. Let me share with you my journey in this endeavor I call,  "Dark Love."  Why do I call it  Dark Love?  Well, some may say dark love is lust or hatred, and to be abstract it makes sense, but dark love in my definition is that love has not been fair to me due to my mental illness.  Empathy From Me to You      When you live with trauma from your childhood, live with the disappointment that real life isn't like your favorite love story movie, and wh

Love Yourself: Heal From Your Past

Image
Love Yourself: Heal From Your Past by  Ouroboros      Sometimes we find ourselves contemplating our past. We find or lose ourselves in the moment of what we did wrong and what we didn't do right. Especially when we suffer from depression, psychotic disorders, traumas, and even phobias. Our brains and minds were manufactured to store memories and the ones we can revisit are the ones with a powerful emotional tie to them. Sometimes mental illness is nurtured by the past we have not let go of or that still haunts and unfolds like finding a dirty penny. For me is very hard to forget the things I did that I am not proud of and especially, I can't forget the wrongs done to me. I bet all of us can agree that even with forgiveness, our bodies and minds learn to put invisible walls, immense guards, and impenetrable barriers that discourage us to trust in ourselves and others. It becomes easy to and feels comfortable to retaliate in that way because coping mechanisms, medication, and the

Astrology + Elements + Science + Psychology + Symbolism = Mental Well-Being Part I

Astrology + Elements + Science + Psychology + Symbolism = Mental Well-Being Part I by Ouroboros      Welcome to another blog reading, I hope you find this theory of mine extraordinary and revolutionary in a way. You see with my mental illness diagnosis, my mind wonders and needs to find patterns. So a coping mechanism I, use is research and solution. So I am going to give a special thank you to Masashi Kishimoto for creating " Naruto, " where I was inspired and of course became a mega-fan. The reason I give credit is due to in the Anime Plot of Naruto, Chakra has five elements to use: lightning, earth, water, fire, and air. But also, each element combined with another element and create what the show calls "Kekkai Genkai," or a rare gift or birth specialty.       Although my elemental combinations differ, it is thanks to this author and cartoon series that I can create combination forms of my own. Now you ask what's the point of this, well aren't you all i

Stigma Exposed from Establishments in Orange County, CA

Stigma Exposed from Establishments in Orange County, CA by F. Daniel Brizuela a.k.a. Ouroboros          Hello again my audience, I hope this information becomes educative and brings out awareness. First of all, I will separate these groups to give you a most appropriate understanding of what I am describing. The first group I will refer to as " M-Group,"  which serves minority groups, and then,  "R-Group,"  will describe all retail stores and restaurants. Before I divide the groups and expand, have you ever noticed that you (with/without mental health, addiction, homelessness, etc.) have ever been followed, been looked at negatively, and/or felt the atmosphere around people uneasy? Does it happen to you rarely? Sometimes? or Often? Well, I am going to give you an eye-opening discovery through my own eyes and experience. Hopefully, I am not the only one experiencing this covert biased conformity.  M-Group: Addiction/Chemical Dependence/Substance Abuse/Pol
